Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2-4 business days after your order is placed.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 10-15 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
- Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. Delivery typically takes 6-7 business days.
International Shipping
- We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping times and rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
- Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on our website or directly through the carrier’s website.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Gizmo grove. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help!
Returns
- You can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
- To start a return, please contact our customer service team at sizzglow@gmail.com. We’ll provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.
- Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
Exchanges
- If you’d like to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and specify that you’d like an exchange. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your exchange promptly.
- If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we’ll offer you a refund or the option to choose a different product.
Refunds
- Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll notify you and process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Defective Items

3 Modes of Wall Detector DIY
Step 1 - Pan Mode: Panoramic view of a full wall line, with distances.

To use pan mode, hold the Wall Detector against the wall, calibrate and scan from one side of the wall to the other. Pan mode will show an image of objects within the wall and approximately where they are located. Pan facilitates a quick overview of where studs are placed in the wall. Different classifications of objects like wooden studs, metal pipes, and plastic pipes will create unique colored stripes in the image viewer. Each type of object will be defined by the stripes and can be used for future reference in either Image or Expert mode.

Step 2- Image Mode: visual classification of studs, pipes and more.

To use image mode, hold the Wall Detector against the wall and move over the objects which were identified in Pan mode. Wall Detector RF technology will analyze the objects and translate the results into images which are identified by type according to the results. Results of RF readings can identify wooden studs, metal studs, pipes, and wires.

Step 3 - Expert Mode: see the raw signals from the Wall Detector sensor.
