Processing Time

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

- Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. Delivery typically takes 6-7 business days.
International Shipping
- We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping times and rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
- Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on our website or directly through the carrier’s website.
Return & Exchange Policy

Returns
- You can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
- To start a return, please contact our customer service team at sizzglow@gmail.com. We’ll provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.
- Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
Exchanges
- If you’d like to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and specify that you’d like an exchange. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your exchange promptly.
- If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we’ll offer you a refund or the option to choose a different product.
Refunds
- Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll notify you and process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method.

SPECIFICATIONS
Our filament is an upgraded version. When you press the button, it turns slightly red. If you don't look carefully, you won't be able to see the red color clearly.
Even if you press the button for a long time, the filament won't burn out, and its lifespan and durability are dozens of times that of other similar products on the market.
Please do not display photos of the filament being very red on the teaching and sales pages of this filament, otherwise it will mislead customers and avoid customers thinking that the wand is damaged and leading to returns because they didn't look carefully or see the filament being red.
1. [Silent Button] There is no sound when pressing the button, and there will be no crisp metal contact sound like a regular switch. (Actual measurement shows that no sound can be heard when pressing the switch)
2. [Charging Protection] Intelligent charging cable with indicator light, fully charged with green light, automatically stops charging, and will not overcharge and consume the battery. Lithium battery includes a protective plate, with dual protection for charging and discharging (indicator light as shown in the picture)

Dual switch: Exclusive dual switch, toggle switch+silent button switch. When the toggle switch is turned off, the button switch does not trigger when pressed. When the toggle switch is turned on, the button switch is triggered when pressed.
The first advantage of a dual switch is that it is safer and prevents accidental contact. The second is more convenient, as consumables can be loaded and the toggle switch can be turned off before the performance.
